Life Series Project Engineer

• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations
• Project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
• Identify project responsibilities, delegating phases and elements to the appropriate personnel
• Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans
• Creating of consultation files and supplier choices & technical-economic convergence (QCDP)
• Product modification management with the various teams (engineering, purchasing, logistics, factory)
• Establish and maintain relationships with the supplier’s project managers
• Supplier meetings to progress and resolve the opening issues

• 5+ year experience in a similar position
• Proven success working with all levels of management
• Very good communication skills and structured way of working, negotiation skills, inventiveness and result orientation
• Strong methodological competence for controlling several projects at the same time
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
• Experience coaching and educating project teams to strengthen team members’ capabilities and skill sets
• Ability to lead a team in a cooperative and motivating manner, as well as high coordination ability
• Language: Advanced English (writing and speaking) / French is an advantage
