Body-in-White Project Engineer

• Determine project specifications and acquire the necessary materials for completion
• Develop scope and parameters for project design and implementation
• Identify project responsibilities, delegating phases and elements to the appropriate personnel
• Interface with suppliers for manufacturing feasibility, validation, and other engineering activities as specified for the assigned commodity
• Provide support to the new-business and launch team
• BoM validation & release of components
• CAD checks on the commodity module

• 2+ years experience in a similar position
• 3D CAD software knowledge such as Catia V5/6 or equivalent, is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint 
• Organizational and communication skills 
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
• Experience supporting engineering change request
• Proven understanding of compliance and quality assurance guidelines and best practices
• Language: Advanced English (writing and speaking) / French is an advantage
