EXPLEO Belgium is looking for a SCRUM MASTER to join a dynamic and expanding team in Brussels.

This job is for you! Reporting to our customer success managers, the Scrum Master leads one to 2 squads in software or product delivery contextes, the Scrum Master will perform the following duties:
Responsibilities
- Play a role of delivery owner in X-squads
- Set-up and facilitate the Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) and other meetings schedule and follow the key steps of the methodology
- Guarantee a smooth use of the Scrum methodology and help the Project Team face any obstacles providing assistance or support to the Product Owner concerning the Product Backlog
- Assist and support the team in the delivery of the Definition of Done (DoD), Sprint Backlog, etc.
- Track team capacity and velocity metrics for planning and progresspurposes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or any related field or equivalent experience.
- English and French or Dutch is required.
- Sound knowledge of software development methodology
- Sound knowledge of project management methodology Key to combine Agile coaching aspect and ownership of the delivery.
- Experience in big companies (to be able to manage the dependencies in a complex organization).
- Experience with multi-cultural teams.
- Good Agile mindset.
