The job as an Expleo Manufacturing Engineer

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining manufacturing processes for the production of high-quality products. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product design, quality, and production, to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.

• Design and implement manufacturing processes for new products, including layout, flow, and equipment selection
• Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost
• Develop and implement process controls to ensure consistent production of high-quality products
• Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues

 What are our key selection criteria for joining Expleo continuous improvement Team?

• Master's degree in engineering or a related field
• Experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques
• You speak French or Dutch wand you have a very good command of English
