• Review BOP specs with Engineering before providing them to the suppliers before their nomination
• Ensure that supplier commits (by signing the TFC) the feasibility of the product acc to the specs before the nomination
• Participate in Supplier Nomination Committee, providing also Quality inputs and Risk Assessments to nominate the supplier
• Assess suppliers in collaboration with the SQD in order to complete the global panel evaluation.
• Deploy and monitor all the APQP points for the of the Bought-Out Parts, starting in acquisition phase, until program is transferred to serial life
• Manage and ensure APQP items dates and their approvals, in collaboration with the program team when need.
• Accountability of Supplier Run at Rates to ensure enough supplier capacity with saleable parts
• Manage action plans with suppliers in case of product deviations to have the product and process acc to the program needs.
• Give recommendations and/or technical decisions to ensure a defect-free process through program management.
• Manage progress plan with low-performance suppliers in collaboration with the SQD
• Support the suppliers to make sure that the program needs are properly applied.
• Link with Engineering to ensure that ongoing supplier ECRs are covered and reliable to achieve Program PPAP dates
• Monitor all the Production Part Approval items before the transfer to the plant and hand over to the plant SQA Engineer.
• Support the suppliers to issue a correct PPAP items before their approval
• In collaboration with SQD, ensure Quality Basics are respected and applied by the supplier during program launch phase

• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to influence others
• A global mindset to work on cost driven projects
• Effective problem identification and solution skills
• Must have Good knowledge Supplier Quality, Purchasing and Program management activities
• Good exposure in Cost Estimation, import /export duties & taxations, negotiations and supplier assessments is important;
• Sourcing experience in key commodities like Casting, forgings, machining, stamping, plastics, rubbers, electrical components.
