Electronic Hardware Developer

Expleo Technology Nordic are looking for a Hardware Electrical & Electronics Engineer at Electrical Components.The mission is to develop electrical components in a cross-functional environment, throughout concept phase up to serial production and maintenance while balancing demands on quality, deliveries, cost and features.The development work is mainly project based (agile) and you will be involved in the whole chain, from supplier evaluation, product development, industrialization, sales and to the aftermarket.

You will play an important role in the development of electrical new hardware. The role requires frequent communication with external suppliers regarding specifications and functionality. Depending on the current project portfolio and project phases, the focus for your work will vary but your main responsibility with the role is to:

• Initiate and develop design concepts to meet objectives set by projects
• Be responsible for the technical requirements and participate in development of hardware together with our suppliers
• Balance the project targets, with regards to time material and cost
• Create, modify, and release product documentations
• Resolve quality issues in projects, in factories or on aftermarket
• Manage the project team

• Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Computer Engineering or equivalent education or working experience

• Positive approach and solution focused
• Result oriented and to take decisions
• Integrity, courage and personal energy
• Fluent in English, written and spoken

• Experience from HW development within the automotive industry
• Experience from working with suppliers and project team
