Embedded Software Developer

We are looking for an Embedded SW Application Engineer in the area of Connectivity for our client in the automotive industry. You will work in a global environment with advanced engineering projects on site in an agile team. The application team is responsible for: The EUFs (End User Functions), ECUs (Electronic Control Units) and will be the interface between various parts of the client’s development organizations. The main task of the team is to define and validate that all releases are done with a high quality.

You will work within a cross functional team that secure a high quality on the deliveries. The ESQ Application Engineer’s main responsibilities are ownership of EUF's and ECUs, lead/drive work a cross development organizations, define need of verification for certain EUFs, approve implemented EUFs at system demo, configure ECU parameters for customer needs, support fault tracing and be the speaking partner to the validation team etc. You will be a key player in shaping the future.

• Experience of electrical systems and functions from the automotive industry is a must
• Experience as system- or technical lead
• Experience of working with requirement or verification & validation in automotive industry
• MSc in Engineering or equivalent education/experience
• Fluent in spoken and written English and a plus if you speak Swedish as well.

Meriting Qualifications

• We consider experience from function development or hands on work with commercial vehicles to be a merit. C/CE driving license is a big plus.
