Electrical Systems Installation Engineer

As part of our continuing support to a major OEM in the aircraft industry, we are seeking a highly organized and motivated Electrical Systems Installation Engineer to join our proactive and innovative team. We are able to offer this position on a permanent or contract basis, the role will be based out of our Bristol office but on a hybrid working basis. The salary/hourly rate will be negotiaable based on experience, seniority, etc.

• Complete the master wiring Netlist spreadsheet for the FWT Ground Based Demonstrator (GBD) electrical installation to enable harness Data For Manufacture (DFM) by Latecoere. Complete the release of Netlist harness definition.
• Review Ground Based Demonstrator electrical systems installation deviations and develop alternative concepts for the product FWT ESI technology concept.
• Create 3DX DMU models, ECNs and annotations set for any new ESI components needed on an adhoc basis for the FWT GBD, e.g. brackets.
• Support coordination meetings with Latecoere, Collins and Airbus systems teams and take ownership of specific follow-up actions as required.

• ESI conceptual and detail design in 3DX
• Compilation of Technical Documentation (reports, ECMs, presentations).

• Google Workspace applications

• Electrical Systems Installation Engineer experience.
