Communications Manager

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Corporate Communications Manager to work as part of the global marcomms team, aligned to Expleo’s UK operations and leadership, in the creation and delivery of internal and external communications, including providing support for: employer brand campaigns, change communications, internal communications, leadership comms, events and public relations.

• Work with the global marcomms team to deliver global internal communications campaigns at a local level
• Initiate, build and maintain a consistent flow of internal news content for the UK
• Internal comms channel management including intranet, networked screens, newsletters and employee social media
• Maintain the UK internal content diary and scheduling of content
• Be responsible for completing monthly KPI reporting for the UK comms team to Group
• Support on strategic internal comms projects and campaigns
• Be the technical leader for digital events/All Hands meetings and support on the creation and testing of content
• Ensure feedback loops and continuous improvement/learnings are applied across all channels and content
• Support and provide consultancy to the TA team in applying the employer brand to campaigns
• Lead the Brand Ambassador UK team, ensuring engagement with global and local content
• Work as part of a team to support HR, IT, facilities, leadership and others on approach to internal comms
• Act as a gatekeeper for content to the UK business, protecting the Expleo brand and tone of voice
• Build corporate comms plans as required in support of brand, business initiatives/goals, engagement activity or employer brand
• Support the delivery of the UK PR plan and work with Expleo’s UK PR agency in the execution of the plan and media outreach
• Support the local activation of global PR and campaigns
• Social media content planning and post writing, aligned to strategic comms activity and campaigns

Required:

• Degree-level educated (or equivalent) in comms, journalism or marketing (or related subject)
• A copywriter with experience in writing for different audiences, ideally gained in an internal comms or PR environment
• Ability to effectively plan, execute and project manage corporate comms campaigns and content
• Ability to build relationships remotely and manage stakeholders effectively in a global, matrix organisation
• Collaborative approach to working with agencies and in-house teams in the activation of campaigns
• Able to apply digital marketing techniques to internal campaigns and activations
• Comfortable using relevant tools in the Expleo marketing stack to report on and execute corp. comms campaigns

Desired:

• Understanding of PR landscape, topics and themes in technology (BFSI, Energy & Utilities, Quality) and/or engineering (automotive, aerospace, marine)
• Experience of using SharePoint sites (intranet), Yammer and Teams Live as primary internal comms channels
• Proficiency with Adobe products or Canva
