PLM/ICM Support Engineer

Included within a multi skilled team, working in the Automotive domain, your role will be to:

• PLM/ICM support
• The process of releasing parts
• Support users in designing parts
• Referee for all activities related to PLM Web tool and PLM Win Catia v6
• Follow-up of incidents with the IT department
• Drafting/updating methodological guidelines and support ranges
• Drafting specifications for new PCP/RCM requirements management functionality under PLM
• Improving the PCP/RCM requirements management process
• APQP PCP/RCM

• Technical university degree
• Min 1 year experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of PLM tooling
• 3D CAD software knowledge such as Catia V5/6 or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint
• Language: Advanced English (writing and speaking) / French is an advantage
