SAP Solution Manager Focused Build Consultant

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with us as an experienced SAP Solution Manager Focused Build Consultant. You will direct and manage the full project-life cycle and set standards for assignments and applications. You will be responsible for the delivery of the defined work packages to the client, provide effective management to teams and give guidance to key business users.

• Contribute to the design and structure of the Focused Build projects
• Create and maintain change cycles and projects in Focused Build
• Create and maintain test plans in Focused Build
• Maintain the BPH and elements in Solution Documentation
• Upload test scripts to the Test Step Editor and BPH in Solution Documentation
• Support all day-to-day project activities in Focused Build and the project user community
• Troubleshoot and resolve all Focused Build related issues
• Manage the promotion of Solution Documentation elements through branches and support in conflict resolution
• Deliver training sessions for Developers and Testers
• Support Hypercare using FixPace
• Support in retrieving reporting across the following areas from Focused Build in accordance to standard RAG:
• Work Item, Work Package and Requirement status
• Test Execution status
• Defects status

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience 
• ISTQB Advanced 
• Project Management qualification 

• Additional course or certification in Quality Assurance 
• Certification in ITIL preferred 
• Management qualification 

• Minimum 3 project lifecycles managing and supporting the Focused Build solution
• Technical knowledge, specifically around the Transport Management System
• Experience in Jira integration with Focused Build and ChaRM a bonus
• Extensive experience with ChaRM a bonus
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, skills in English
• Ability to work with, support and manage multiple SI’s
