Limerick - QA Co-ordinator

You will work unsupervised and take full responsibility for a certain test area and assist senior team members. You will maintain the status of the project and direct and monitor the work of junior team members.

• Co-ordinate work on multiple phases of a project and/or projects of moderate scope or possibly in more complex assignment
• Work on hands-on testing activities.
• Supports and works with QA Analysts
• Work on quality assurance projects using available test frameworks and tools and establishing plans for projects with on-time and on-budget project goals
• Responsible for a certain test area and conditions as well as results evaluation, problem resolution and planning
• Ensure compliance with testing best practices and standards
• Scope and create quality assurance plans, data, procedures, and scripts
• Scope out and create test coverage, design specifications and define conditions for given requirements.
• Maintain the integrity of the test environment
• Interpret, review and report test activities and results in accordance with project plans
• Identify test issues, report risks and define regression tests for current and future projects
• Understand business end-to-end processes and participates in production verification and validation.
• Contribute to management reporting including appropriate test metrics on planning, defects and execution
• Deputises for Lead as required

• Experience in API Testing (SoapUI, Ready API, Postman etc.)

• Experience in test automation scripting (Selenium, Playwright, Python etc.)

• Experience within a software quality assurance / testing role
• A Computer Science/I.T. related degree
• ISTQB certification in Software Testing
• Technical skills - SQL, UNIX, Agile preferential
• Non-functional testing experience advantageous
