  • Overview

    • Help Desk Administrator, IT Technial Operations Services 


    • Responsible for helpdesk support for USA (300 employees).  This includes troubleshooting, diagnostics & resolution of IT related problems.
    • Manage the Asset Register and inventory for devices including distribution and co-ordination for same (laptops, tablets & mobile phones, desktop phones, printers etc).
    • Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality.
    • Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications (Microsoft SCCM).
    • Accountable for the hardware, software set up, user training and repair of IT equipment plus tracking of inventory.
    • Responsible for enhancing and maintaining the AsQ internal Ticket System.
    • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.).
    • Partner with the AsQ internal ticket system and responsible for documentation and monitoring of all tickets on a global scope.
    • Involvement in other IT related projects as assigned.
    • Adhere to the ISO and ISMS policies.
    • Responsible for running and maintaining the local IT infrastructure in conjunction with the global IT team.
    • Support the Group Information Security Officer in implementing and adhering to ISO 27001 Standards.
    • Facilitate onsite Information Security Management System procedures.
