Help Desk Administrator, IT Technial Operations Services
Responsible for helpdesk support for USA (300 employees). This includes troubleshooting, diagnostics & resolution of IT related problems.
Manage the Asset Register and inventory for devices including distribution and co-ordination for same (laptops, tablets & mobile phones, desktop phones, printers etc).
Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality.
Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications (Microsoft SCCM).
Accountable for the hardware, software set up, user training and repair of IT equipment plus tracking of inventory.
Responsible for enhancing and maintaining the AsQ internal Ticket System.
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.).
artner with the AsQ internal ticket system and responsible for documentation and monitoring of all tickets on a global scope.
Involvement in other IT related projects as assigned.
Adhere to the ISO and ISMS policies.
Responsible for running and maintaining the local IT infrastructure in conjunction with the global IT team.
Support the Group Information Security Officer in implementing and adhering to ISO 27001 Standards.
Facilitate onsite Information Security Management System procedures.
