Stress – FEM, EUK
Knowledge of aircraft and understanding the functions of various aerospace components
Expert in Finite element meshing (1D, 2D, 3D ) using Hypermesh - DFEM & GFEM
Should be capable of idealizing the structure (both GFEM and DFEM)
Experience on using connections like MPCs, Stuck nodes, Glue elements, CFAST etc
Experience in modifying the Nastran deck and Capable of handling FE files
Experience in submitting and debugging issues with Nastran Runs
Well versed in post-processing FE results and capable of presenting the FEM results
Experience in FE Validations
Very well-versed in stress reports
Good in excel macros, Tcl/Tk, PCL
B.E(Mechanical-Aero)
Hypermesh (above 2021) and Patran
Solver: Nastran (Mandatory) and Optistruct (Desirable)
Post Processing: Hyperview and Patran
Excel & VBA, Tcl/Tk, PCL (Desirable)
