Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and ensure adherence to processes through communication and awareness sessions.
  • Provide daily quality support by analyzing customer requirements, managing the assurance plan, monitoring KPIs, tracking non-conformities, conducting root cause analyses, and developing corrective action plans.
  • Execute internal audits by scheduling audits, preparing audit reports, analyzing non-conformities, and implementing corrective and improvement actions; also, assist in audits conducted by or for certification bodies, customers, and suppliers.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with customer's overarching quality requirements, including quality standards, safety protocols, cybersecurity measures, and technical specifications, within the framework of projects.
  • Monitor project delivery performance metrics such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), On-Quality Delivery (OQD), First Time Right (FTR), and customer satisfaction. This involves monthly tracking, root cause analysis, developing corrective action plans, and assessing efficiency.
  • Engage in project meetings and review sessions.
  • Manage and capitalize on project documentation.
  • Initiate and lead lessons learned and awareness sessions.
  • Compile reports for the Quality Country Leader (weekly/monthly) and Project Lead (as required).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in quality management and process improvement, particularly in a technical environment.
  • Knowledge of quality management standards, including ISO 9001.
  • Proficiency in French is essential.
