Senior System Administrator | MS Exchange Consultant

• Design, execute, and document on projects related to MS Exchange server 2019 operation/migration/integration, and identity management.
• Design solutions that meet requirements and select appropriate Microsoft 365 tools and technologies. 
• Mange all resources in Exchange Online (mailboxes, distribution lists, room accounts, SMB) 
• Migration and Troubleshooting mail flow issues after migrations.
• Administering distribution groups and shared mailboxes.
• Managing roles and services, user permissions, email queues, and dynamic distribution groups.
• Monitor and optimize Exchange server performance.
• Administration of the Exchange Online system.
• Supporting issues related to group mailboxes. 
• Implementation of Exchange PowerShell to fulfil automation tasks.
• Collaborate with IT team members to enforce security policies and meet compliance standards.
• Manage and oversee the Microsoft Teams environment.
• Provide end-user support for Microsoft Teams and related tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 9 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Deep knowledge of Entra ID design and administration.
• Experience in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange architecture, protocols (SMTP, MAPI, EWS, ActiveSync, Autodiscover), and email routing.
• Experience in MS 365 apps such as, Teams (incl. telephony), Azure AD/ Entra ID OneDrive, etc.
• Strong knowledge of MS Intune and SCCM platforms.
• Basic knowledge in SQL database administration and implementation.
• Strong Knowledge of Disaster Recovery for High Availability for a Large Environment.
• Experience in managing and mentoring junior staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, adapts style accordingly and demonstrates an understanding of the audience’s perspective.
