1. Lead the product development process with internal Stellantis tools & APQP
2. Ensure continuous global overall assessment on HPC project with escalation meeting
3. Actively drive built-In Quality in our STLA Brain HW Products
4. Ensure projects are completed on time and according to quality standards. Assess and communicate risks, resource and/or timeline constraints
5. Define and implement the HW Development process. Define/implement Hardware development quality improvement actions.
6. Facilitate communication upward and across cross-functional teams
Bachelor or Master of Science degree, Electrical / Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering
1. Experience with HW development Process and activities
2. Strong interpersonal communication, team/leadership skills/experience
3. Experience creating D-FMEAs/P-FMEAs, DoEs
4. Competency in Advanced Product Quality Planning & Control Plan (APQP), Product Part Approval Process (PPAP), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC)

3. Self-confident/empowered to deliver on a daily basis
4. Self-starter with the ability to work independently given minimal supervision/direction
5. Ability to identify potential developmental roadblocks and escalate to management
