• Graduate of a technical University;
• Inspector diploma in the field of Health and Safety at Work
• Diploma in the technical framework for fire prevention and extinguishing
• Experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of the legislation in the field of health and safety at work
• English - advanced level;

• Completing the information from the individual health and safety at work files and those for emergency situations at the deadlines stipulated in the legislation;
• Organization of document archiving;
• Application of protection and prevention rules regarding hazards for each component of the work system;
• Updating the warning plan, the prevention and protection plan and the evacuation plan;
• Realization of the general introductory training for new employees and following the realization of training at the workplace, as well as quarterly and/or annual training, according to the legislation;
• Managing the information on the state of operation of the alarm, warning, emergency signaling systems, as well as the safety systems, whenever a breakdown/dysfunctionality is detected;
• Management and inventory of work equipment and follow-up of periodic checks and, if necessary, periodic testing of work equipment;
• Collaboration with employees and/or employee representatives, with external prevention and protection services, as well as with the occupational medicine doctor;
• Researching work accidents and managing their records as well as events within the company;
