PLM Business Analyst

Expleo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced PLM Business Analyst to join our team in Sweden.

• Collaboration with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives related to product lifecycle management.
• Conducting comprehensive analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement.
• Defining and document business requirements, user stories, industry best practices and functional specifications for PLM initiatives.
• Working closely with IT teams to design, configure, and customize PLM solutions that meet business needs and best practice in Teamcenter.
• Conduct “Show and Tell” sessions for business users during incremental implementations to collect their feedback
• Participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide ongoing support to training team and end-users.
• Monitoring PLM system roll-out, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements during program execution.
• Facilitate change management for the end user community

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant work experience within the field of PLM and/or project management.
• Proven experience (min 5 years) as a Business Analyst, with a focus on PLM or related areas.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management concepts, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Teamcenter).
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. If you have led such teams it is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements and solutions.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results within agreed timelines.
• Self-driven and service minded!
• Tools: Teamcenter and Office 365 is required. Azure DevOps is preferred.
• Experience on other PLLM systems as well apart from Teamcenter is meritorious
• Experience of working with automotive customer(s) will be considered meritorious
