The Job as an Expleo Test Manager 

You will direct and manage the full project-life cycle and set standards for assignments and applications. You will be responsible for the delivery of the defined work packages to the client, provide effective management to teams and give guidance to key business users. 
 
You will be working in an Agile team that consists of a small group of individuals combining the required skills to design, build and test valuable elements within a limited timeframe. 

On a daily base you will be responsible of:

• Manage Test Plans related to the Program, as well as their implementation by all parties
• Manage the start and end of test phases, including:
  • Test Design (in Jira)
  • Test co-ordination 
  • Test Execution (including follow-ups and reporting)
  • Defect management (UAT bugs, production incidents)
• Organize, plan, assign, and monitor the execution of test activities, which may involve different solutions and multiple applications, internal teams (IT and business), and external teams.
• Create various test reports.
• On a daily basis, follow up and handle actions related to tests, and escalate related risks, blockages, and impacts.
• At the end of the project, ensure the proper transfer of test documentation to the RESA maintenance teams.

 
🔧 What are our key selection criteria for joining Expleo Test Automation team? 🔧 

• At least 5 years’ experience of automation AND manual testing across a number of projects and technologies. 
• ISTQB Certification
• BFSI domain knowledge is a plus
• Excellent working knowledge of Automation tools and frameworks. 
• Good Knowledge in API, Web or Mobile testing 
• Must be proficient in industry leading automation test tools (e.g. QTP/UFT, Selenium, Coded UI, TestComplete, BDD tooling (Cucumber / jBehave)). 
• Must be proficient at writing complex code in some of the following languages: Java, C#, MS VBScript 
• Understanding of CI, Dependency Management and Source Control tools. 
• Understanding of test management tools/solutions/integrations (e.g. JIRA, ALM/QC, MS TM) 
• Have a proactive, can do attitude with a proven track record of implementing automated solutions 
• You are fluent in English and French
