As a key member of our dynamic HR team, the Recruiter will lead the full recruitment cycle, working closely with hiring managers to attract top talent and streamline the hiring process.
Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Job Postings: Create and post job descriptions on various platforms, ensuring they are accurate and appealing to potential candidates.
Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand through various channels and initiatives to attract top talent.
Qualifications
Fluency in German & English is a MUST
Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
