Senior Test Manager

The Job as an Expleo Test Manager 

You will direct and manage the full project-life cycle and set standards for assignments and applications. You will be responsible for the delivery of the defined work packages to the client, provide effective management to teams and give guidance to key business users. 
 

What your role will look like :

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and processes to ensure high-quality software delivery.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of test engineers, providing guidance and technical expertise.

• Oversee the execution of test cases, automated and manual testing, and ensure defect tracking and resolution.

• Collaborate with development, product management, and other stakeholders to define and meet quality standards.

• Establish and enforce testing best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize efficiency.

• Drive the automation testing strategy and oversee the selection and implementation of automation tools.

• Monitor and report on testing progress, identifying risks, issues, and potential bottlenecks.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and security best practices.

• Manage test environments, ensuring their availability and consistency for testing activities.

• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall software quality.

 
🔧 What are our key selection criteria for joining Expleo Test Automation team? 🔧 

• At least 5 years’ experience of automation AND manual testing across a number of projects and technologies. 
• Excellent working knowledge of Automation tools and frameworks. 
• Good Knowledge in API, Web or Mobile testing 
• Must be proficient in industry leading automation test tools (e.g. QTP/UFT, Selenium, Coded UI, TestComplete, BDD tooling (Cucumber / jBehave)). 

• Must be proficient at writing complex code in some of the following languages: Java, C#, MS VBScript 
• Understanding of CI, Dependency Management and Source Control tools. 
• Understanding of test management tools/solutions/integrations (e.g. JIRA, ALM/QC, MS TM) 
• Have a proactive, can do attitude with a proven track record of implementing automated solutions 
• You speak mandatory either French or Dutch and a good command of English
