As a Inside Sales Representative at Expleo, you’ll play a key role in driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strong client connections.

 What You’ll Do:

✔️ Identify & Engage – Spot potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
✔️ Lead Generation – Perform cold calling, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments.
✔️ Sales Strategy – Work closely with the sales team to develop winning strategies.
✔️ CRM & Data Management – Track sales activities and manage leads using CRM tools.
✔️ Market Insights – Stay ahead of trends, competition, and industry developments.
✔️ Networking & Events – Represent Expleo at trade shows and networking events.
✔️ Sales Support – Maintain the sales platform and ensure timely responses to client needs.
✔️ Performance Reporting – Provide regular updates on progress and key achievements.

Who You Are:

🚀 You have experience in Customer Success, Business Development, or Account Management in the tech sector.
💡 You are passionate about business development and entrepreneurship.
🔥 You are proactive, resilient, dynamic, and results-driven.
🗣 You have strong communication skills and are motivated by achieving success.
🤝 You enjoy working in a stimulating, collaborative environment where your ideas matter.
🎓 You have a Master’s degree in a business-related field or engineering.
🌍 You are fluent in French, Dutch and English.
