Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality inspection, quality assurance, account management, and the ability to create new business opportunities by leveraging their professional network. This role is crucial in ensuring our products and services meet the highest standards while expanding our client base and maintaining excellent relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance programs to improve operational efficiency and product reliability.
  • Oversee account management, ensuring client needs are met with high-quality solutions while maintaining strong business relationships.
  • Utilize industry contacts and networking skills to identify and create new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in quality processes.
  • Knowledge and experience of leading audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to quality management systems.
  • Provide training and mentorship to teams on best practices in quality management.

Qualifications

  • Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer).
  • Experience working with international clients and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quality monitoring and reporting.

Essential skills

  • Proven experience in quality inspection and quality assurance within [relevant industry, e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, automotive, etc.].
  • Strong background in account management, including client relationship management and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate business opportunities by leveraging a professional network.
