Overview

The Expleo Group is seeking a SAP Practice Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Delivers SAP Pre Sales by working with the Director of Quality Assurance and the Market Units
  • Works with the in country and offshore Quality Assurance SAP Centre of Excellence to identify how market demand aligns to current offers and comes up with solutions
  • Identifies specific industry solutions required to further differentiate and develops
    • Solutions to include Quality Assurance, Testing, Automation, SAP Impact Assessment Tooling, Smart Accelerators, etc.
  • Maintains portfolio mix, keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
  • Maintains SAP market dynamics by articulating to the SAP Centre of Excellence the Market Unit priorities and schedule for pursuits
  • Maintains industry, sector and technical Quality Assurance and SAP knowledge by attending key workshops, growing personal networks and participating in professional societies
  • Support client delivery and governance of SAP Solutions covering all Quality Assurance & Testing phases
  • Facilitation of workshops and requirement gathering sessions with existing and potential clients.
  • Diagnoses problems and probes underlying issues to generate multiple potential solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
  • ISTQB and SAP

Skills

  • Strong leadership, relationship management, teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Background and expertise in Technology Advisory and Consulting
  • Experience on Quality Assurance Practices and SAP solutions including S/4 Hana with custom development and/or cloud technologies
  • Expertise leading sales proposal development and conducting client presentations
  • Experience with global, multi-national projects
  • Interact as a peer at executive levels in client companies and comfortable working within complex organisations, and an ability to build empathy, credibility and trust with key customers
  • Ability to meet travel requirements
