The primary function of the Account Delivery Manager is to act as the interface between clients and Expleo’s Account Managers, Operations management and our consultants. The Account Delivery Manager will have an active role in managing the ongoing client relationship from a delivery perspective. This involves managing and assuring quality service delivery under the following pillars:
• Client Management
• Delivery Management
• People Management
• Commercial Support
Key components of this position are managing stakeholder satisfaction, managing delivery risk, working closely with Operations & Heads of Service to identify the right consultants for project(s), defining job descriptions, on-boarding and support of new team members, and supporting the Market Directors in the pre-sales process.
