Description du poste :
Dans le cadre d’un projet de robustesse client d’envergure axé sur l’audit des spécifications de contrôle de composants électromécaniques et sous-ensembles critiques (90% pièces plastique, Découpe, et autre), vous avez la responsabilité de la spécification de contrôle des composants critiques. Vous assurez l’interface avec le Bureau d'étude, les experts des technologies (moulage, découpe…) et les usines (outilleurs usine, métrologie usine et Qualité).
La mission consistera à collecter les informations adéquates pour définir un plan de contrôle robuste en tenant compte de l'impact coût, moyen et méthode de contrôle adapté à un milieu industriel. En concertation avec le chef de projet et afin d'améliorer la productivité de cette activité, il pourra être amené à proposer des méthodes de simplification et de regroupements sans compromettre la qualité du livrable.
Il vous sera également demandé d'assurer un support au projet pour garantir l'homogénéité du processus avec une équipe internationale (phase industrielle amont et aval).
Votre profil :
· Bac +5 (type Ecole d'Ingénieur ou Master), spécialisation en Génie Mécanique ou Génie Industriel
· Profil Technique
· Expérience de terrain (industrialisation, méthode, outillage…).
· Connaissance de base en conception (lecture de plan)
· Connaissance en pièce plastique (technologies, moyens d'obtention, méthodes de contrôles et types de défaut).
· Connaissance fonctionnement d’une industrie
· Connaissance en méthodologie de mesure & contrôle ou Qualité 8D etc…
· Anglais professionnel
· Dynamique et moteur pour animer des interlocuteurs dans différentes entités (Usines, experts, …).

- Diseñarás e implementarás componentes de software utilizando el lenguaje de programación Java 8, según la norma CENELEC 50128.
- Analizarás el código implementado, verificarás su correcta ejecución y te asegurarás de que cumpla con las especificaciones del cliente, los requisitos del sistema y las normativas pertinentes.
- Diseñarás la arquitectura de software.
- Documentarás todo el proceso mediante etiquetas e identificadores en el repositorio.
