What are our key selection criteria for joining the Expleo Business Agility team?
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
- Holding a formal certification as a Scrum Master, Kanban Lead, Lean Six Sigma certification or similar Agile approach

Prérequis:

Expérience recherchée:

- Connaissance du Delivery de projet complexe (projet au forfait, mesuré par le reste à faire, pilotage par le risque…) est un grand plus.
- Maîtrise à minima du FR et EN. NL est un plus.

3. Principales missions:
- En collaboration avec l’architecte industriel et l’ingénieur process, participer aux revues de développement avec les équipes de conception de nos produits en intégrant et maximisant avec eux les concepts « Design to Manufacture » et « Design to Cost ».
- Etre responsable de la créations de nouvelles méthodes de fabrication et de tests destinées aux nouvelles lignes de produits.
- Assurer le suivi en chambre des premiers assemblages pour intégration de retours d’expérience au niveau des méthodes.

Les tâches du technicien en architecture électrique se décomposent actuellement en plusieurs phases, parmi lesquelles une importante phase de réalisation de dossier électrique, dans laquelle doivent être réalisés, sur base d’une architecture déjà définie, le plan électrique, le plan de câble et l'encodage des nomenclatures.
3. Principales missions:
- Compréhension d'un schéma d'architecture
- Réalisation de plans électriques, sur base de cette architecture et d'une base de données de symboles/composants CAO, avec possibilité de réutilisation partielles de plans existants
- Conception câblage: Identification connectique, dimensionnement section, détermination longueur en fonction des composants à interfacer et contraintes d'intégration, puis réalisation des plans de câbles
- Encodage nomenclatures (câbles, puis sous-ensembles de plus haut-niveau)
- Enrichissement de la base de données symboles/composants CAO Zuken à partir de documentations constructeurs (Tout appareil) ou internes (Cartes électroniques)

2. The role:
- You will join a team of control strategy and modeling experts that develop the controls software for conventional and hybrid DCT transmissions.
- The controls software is developed fully in-house according to the Model Based Development process (V-cycle) with Simulink.
- You will design, develop and validate the control strategies for specific functions or modules in the controls software.
- You will be involved in every step of the software development V-cycle for the functions that you are working on, i.e. defining the requirements, designing the control strategies, implementing them in Simulink, verifying and validating them on different platforms (MIL, HIL, test bench, vehicle).
- You will work together closely with other teams, like the system engineering -, mechanical -, hydraulics - and calibration team, to discuss and define the requirements.
- Once you’ve developed and validated new or updated control strategies, there is a separate subteam that will further test and validate the software. You will work together with them to find solutions if they find bugs or failing test cases.
- You will support the calibration team to optimize the behavior of the transmission system so that it meets all requirements regarding performance, driveability, durability, reliability, safety, efficiency, fuel consumption, …

2. The role:
You will be part of an embedded SW team wich is part of an R&D department that develops automatic transmissions, hybrid and full electric powertrains. The team is responsible for the development of embedded software of the feature products.
You will contribute to the creation of the Embedded SW in the following ways (but not limited to):
- Specify, design, document and implement software functionality
- Taking part in requirements analysis, setting up the requirements structure and interfaces to other disciplines
- You work with customers, suppliers, product team and the software development team to design and develop solutions to challenging problems. You will technically lead teams and provide guidance to more junior developers.
- Assist in diagnosing SW- and system-level issues
- Key words: Requirements Engineering, Embedded, C, unit testing, Misra, AUTOSAR, ISO26262, Parasoft, Polarion, JIRA, Subversion, Agile/Scrum, Continuous integration, Software Architecture/Design.

- University degree in applicable field or equivalent through proven experience
- 3-10 years of experience in embedded (real-time) software, automotive
- Good understanding of embedded hardware/software systems
- Expertise on AUTOSAR Classic Platform for embedded, real-time ECUs based on OSEK
- Expertise on AUTOSAR Architecture and requirements for software / systems
- Expertise with Automotive Communication Protocols: CAN | LIN | MOST | SPI | VAN | D2B | FlexRay
- Experience in Functional Safety (ISO26262)
- Experience in technical supplier management for embedded software
- Experience in Cyber Security is a Plus
- You have good knowledge and experience in electronics and basic knowledge of mechanical systems
- Ability to take ownership of project deliverables, go above and beyond the task at hand, excellent communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation as required

- Designing and developing software for embedded systems, including real-time operating systems, device drivers, and application software.
- Debugging and troubleshooting software defects in the field, including root cause analysis and resolution.
- Implementing software testing and validation procedures, including writing and executing test cases and developing automated test frameworks.

The job as a System Engineer
- Analyze, clarify and confirm input requirements and needs
- Perform conceptual design by preparing system models, design studies, design rationales, design principles, real time analysis, modelling & mock-ups... for technical de-risking and optimization
- Elaborate formal modelling and requirements writing according to design standard and guidelines
- Partner with RAM, safety, sub-system, cybersecurity, software, product, and V&V teams to develop design concepts, to ensure specifications completeness and acceptance
- Call, conduct, and participate to technical reviews (design reviews, document reviews) including consultation to end-users and experts
- Ensure that the system follows standardization approach by reusing existing solutions or by implementing reusable solutions, and by providing an efficient system deployment kit (tools, user documentation…)
- Provide support to Program external stakeholders (Customers, Users, Tenders)

- Engineering degree with specific training/experience in the fields of Industrial IT, Computer Sciences, Electronics.
- Experience with programming languages
- Besides, the following experience are a strong asset for this project: modelling methods such as UML SADT, SysML; redaction of specification, safety systems and signaling systems
- Fluency in English is a must and knowledge of French is a strong asset
