Trabajando en proyectos del sector automoción en fase de vida serie, tu misión será la gestión de dosieres de evolución técnica para la especificación de referencias de producto, modificaciones de calidad y económicas.
También serás responsable de
- El tratamiento de nuevas referencias.
- La creación y seguimiento de soluciones de diseño para las fases prototipo.
- Gestión de la maqueta numérica.
- Tratamiento del pieza a pieza
Qué necesitas para triunfar en esta posición:
- Un nivel fluido de inglés, ya que el proyecto está formado por equipos multiculturales y se utiliza frecuentemente para hablar con los compañeros, además, toda la documentación que vayas a gestionar está en inglés.
- Conocimientos de PLM para gestionar la documentación del ciclo de vida de las piezas y maqueta numérica.
- Tener suficiente experiencia en el sector automoción para trabajar de forma autónoma gestionando documentación en los proyectos.

- Diseñarás controladores de potencia y nuevas funcionalidades del software de los motores.
- Validarás los módulos del motor mediante instrumentos de software.

The job as a Software Validation Engineer
- Develop SiL and HiL environment for automated OTA evaluation:
- Proficiency in Python development
- Familiarity with Docker or equivalent container technology
- Experience in Linux shell scripting, yaml, and GDB debugger
- Knowledge of FMUs and Model Based Design
- Ability to write test requirements and experience with Behaviour Driven Development (Gherkin)

Day in the Job as an HRBP :
Develop and maintain a relationship with employees: Act as the main point of contact and troubleshooter for employees on human resources issues (Payroll, Fleet, Training, administrative,…)
Be a strategic partner: Working with managers and executives to understand business needs and provide HR advice to support the achievement of business objectives.
Manage the employee Lifecycle: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including, onboarding, performance management, skills development, internal mobility….
Compliance and employment legislation: Ensure compliance with employment legislation, internal policies and ethical HR practices, in collaboration with the legal and compliance teams.
Key Selection Criteria:
- You have experience in a similar position and an experience in Belgian social laws, knowledge of social law in the Netherlands is a plus
