1. Introduction
We are looking for a Test Engineer to join our development team specializing in e-transmission. In this role, you will be positioned within the Test Center & Validation department, where you'll contribute to the design and testing of automatic transmissions, hybrid systems, and full electric powertrains. Your primary responsibility will be the requirement validation of a specific part or module within the transmission.

Responsibilities
- Transform specific test requests into procedures and test equipment.
- Execute a segment of the extended product design validation test plan, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon milestones.
- Translate mid-to-long-term planning into weekly schedules, addressing and resolving or escalating obstacles that could impede progress to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Prepare, coordinate, and conduct (data) analysis, as well as generate reports for development tests.
- Contribute to meeting quality requirements outlined in ISO 17025.
- Collaborate with various disciplines to overcome challenges and roadblocks.
