This team is responsible for a variety of interconnected deliverables listed below: - Leadership University North America - Competence & Workforce Planning - Employment & Talent Acquisition - Employee Development - Learning & Knowledge Management - Inclusion and Diversity - Culture Evolution (incl. Employee Experience) - Change Management - VIE Program Commercial North America With the exception of the VIE program, there is significant overlap between the above listed team components. In order to accomplish the goals of the Develop team, the Inclusion & Diversity Manager will own one of the nine listed responsibilities, working in concert with other members of the Develop team in order to accomplish their goals. There will also be a need to closely collaborate with colleagues in the global HR community in order to remain at the forefront of the Develop team's area of focus and responsibility.   Qualified Experience / Skills / Training: Education: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience Experience: - 3 plus years of business experience required in the field of Inclusion & Diversity - 2 plus years of experience managing projects Licensure/Certifications: - Advanced certifications in Human Resources required and Project Management preferred. Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities: - Knowledge of building and operationalizing a strategy in a complex environment - Ability to influence, inspire, and engage - Ability to work in a highly organized and self-directed manner - Strong team working skills - Excellent judgment and decision making capability - Demonstrated success implementing large scale corporate programs - Project management skills and familiarity with different project management approaches - Thorough understanding of the impact culture can have on organizational success Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages): - Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a strong ability to influence and negotiate with others - Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences - French, German, or Spanish language skills are highly desired but not a requirement
