Due to business expansion Expleo Norway are currently recruiting for a Technical Tester (Automation Tester). This is a full time permanent role primarily based in Oslo with travel regionally from time to time. Sectorial experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector would be an advantage.

Directs and manages the full project-life cycle, setting standards for assignments and applications. Responsible for the delivery of the defined work packages to the client and providing effective management to teams and giving guidance to others and key business users. Provides management for the team in planning, designing, and developing frameworks and procedures relating to quality whilst meeting on-time and on-budget project goals.

This position requires a self-motivated professional to work within an expanding Automation team providing cutting-edge automation solutions to clients. Bespoke solutions are delivered using a wide range of commercial and open-source tools. The candidate will need to work collaboratively with our customers to scope, plan, implement and refine automation solutions specific to requirements.   Works autonomously and acts as a senior providing professional advice, leading technical areas within Quality Engineering projects using available frameworks and tools and establishing project plans with on-time and on-budget project goals.   Senior Automation Engineers will be empowered to actively contribute to the wider Automation Service assisting with research and development activities to ensure that Expleo remain at the fore-front in delivering automation to our clients.
