Une journée en tant qu’ingénieur de test Expleo
Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec nos clients pour définir, planifier, mettre en œuvre et affiner des solutions d’automatisation spécifiques aux exigences.
- Au sein d’une équipe de test, vous serez responsable des activités de test sur plusieurs projets. En plus de cela, vous conseillerez également les équipes produit dans un souci d’amélioration de la qualité.
- Vous alignerez les activités de test sur les objectifs des clients et leur stratégie. Ce faisant, vous êtes la liaison entre la direction et l’équipe (s) de projet à un niveau stratégique.
- Avec notre équipe, nous construirons les meilleures technologies, les plus avancées. Vous jouerez un rôle actif par la formation, le coaching et bien plus encore.

🔧 Quels sont nos principaux critères de sélection pour rejoindre l’équipe Expleo Test Automation ? 🔧
- Au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans les tests d’automatisation dans un certain nombre de projets et de technologies.
- Excellente connaissance pratique des outils et cadres d’automatisation.
- Doit maîtriser les outils de test d’automatisation de pointe (e.g. QTP/UFT, Selenium, Coded UI, TestComplete, outils BDD Cucumber / jBehave)).
- Doit maîtriser l’écriture de code complexe dans certains des langages suivants : Java, C#, MS VBScript
- Compréhension des outils CI, de gestion des dépendances et de contrôle de code source.
- Compréhension des outils/solutions/intégrations de gestion des tests (p. ex. JIRA, ALM/QC, MS TM)
- Avoir une attitude proactive, peut faire avec une expérience éprouvée de la mise en œuvre de solutions automatisées
- Obligatoirement, vous parlez l’une des deux langues nationales (français/néerlandais) et l’anglais

All About EXPLEO Belgium Electronics & Embedded System Practice Lead opportunity
The successful candidate will have to handle the responsibilities of the entire Electronics & Embedded System practice, bringing together technical expertise to support the end-to-end projects journey but also supporting career path and troubleshooting for our Electronics Game Changer.
Reporting to the Practices & Innovation Director, he/she will define the overall Electronics & EmbeddedSystems Services Catalog, align with our Group Strategy and taking into consideration Market Trend and Clients expectations in order to optimize Quality, Delay and Costs. He/she will also animate the community of our EXPLEO Belgium game-changers whom are passionate about Electronics and Embedded systems, and so in all our sectors where we performed services.
The role will be a pivotal consulting one, providing analysis of the existing group practices and making recommendations for alignment and improvement.
The job as a Practice Lead
- Lead and oversee the electronics & embedded systems practice, ensuring technical excellence and community cohesion. (supporting the hiring, follow-up and bringing the latest market trends to their knowledge)
- Mentor and guide the team, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing.
- Develop and implement the service catalog for the practice.
- Support client delivery overseeing optimal electronics & embedded solutions, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate electronics & embedded systems into broader projects.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, promoting and implementing innovative solutions through synergy with Expleo Group.
What are our key selection criteria for joining the Practice Lead team?
- Degree in Electronics/embedded systems/Computer Engineering or a related field.
- At least 6-10 yrs of industry experience (preferably automotive/railway/aeronautics).
- Proven experience in electronics & embedded systems design.
- Strong consultancy background and previous leadership/coordination responsibilities.
- Knowledge of Model Based Design, SIL, MIL, HIL...
- Languages: EN and another national language (FR or NL at least)
- Deep knowledge of electronics and embedded systems.
